Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, modify, or substitute products without notice. All goods on the website and any associated advertisement are invitations to treat only and are not offers. Web site prices may not be the same as any store prices or offer prices. Any orders received represents an offer to buy products indicated by you, this not a binding contract until acceptance of the order and we have dispatched the goods. This means that if the price, description or any other information about the product is incorrect Davenport Western Ltd. shall not be obliged to sell you the product.

All prices quoted Include VAT at the current rate unless otherwise stated.

Payment via Paypal or Credit / Debit card over the phone.  Please call 01935 425311 to ask for details.

Some items on this website are only available via Collection from our Store.

Collection from Store:

Shop opening times are 8.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday - Fridays and 8.30am - 12.30pm, Saturadays.  Please allow at least 1 working day before collecting your order.  If you require items sooner, please do not hesitate to contact us on 01935 425311 and we will try our upmost to accomodate your needs.

You will need to bring a copy of your invoice when collecting your goods.

Posting Goods:

Goods will be posted within 1 -2 working days after full payment has been recieved via Royal Mail standard delivery. Please allow 4 - 5 working days to recieve your goods.  If you require any items sooner, please do not hesitate to contact us on 01935 425311 and we will try our upmost to accomodate your needs.

 

Refund / Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, however if you are not completely satisfied with your item,  please contact us on 01935 425311 within 14 days to discuss the matter and if necessary we will arrange for a Replacement, Credit or Refund.  Any items that have been made or altered to your personal specifications are not covered by the 14 day return policy unless faulty.  If a refund is required because an item is faulty, we will of course arrange for a full refund which will include the original postage charge.
